Dog Grooming Rochester NY
Grooming Service Menu & Pricing
When calling for pricing, be prepared for lots of questions! I want to know everything about your dog so that I can tailor each appointment to your pet. I want to determine what products should be used in order to provide the best experience possible.
I will never surprise you with hidden fees, and if your pet needs extra care while with me, I include it at no cost to you even though it often involves expensive products and/or lots of extra time on my part. I also include standard with every groom cut and filed nails, a conditioning treatment, hand drying from start to finish, ears cleaned/plucked,, and a finishing spray that helps keep the groom fresh longer. If your pet needs a medicated shampoo, it gets it. Fleas? Covered! Achy paws? Achy joints? I’m not a vet but can help with many, many regimens.
Other than myself, a dear friend of mine, Pat, who is 83 years young is always around helping to comfort, love on, and spoil your furkids. Our appointments are one on one like a hair stylist instead of an assembly line to ensure maximum attention on your pet with less traffic in a more calming environment. You won't even see cages or kennels in my shop because they have my full attention from start to finish. This means I can usually train them to be more tolerant, give more love and kisses, notice behavior out of the ordinary, and be observant to skin/coat changes. As an added bonus, most of my clients are finished in about 2 hours.
I strive to maintain a high degree of professionalism in my field. I attend as many continuing education classes as I can in order to stay on top of my skills and have trained (and am always willing to train) other aspiring groomers from time to time. It is so important to continue learning new things so that the customer has the benefit that they will get whatever their pet needs.
